What is VTL Travel?
VTL Travel Pte Ltd is a Singapore travel company founded in 2015. We specialise in corporate trips and team building tours, and we also arrange leisure holidays, golf packages, cruises, visa services and Premier League match tickets for travellers from Singapore. Read our story.
Is VTL Travel a licensed travel agency?
Yes. VTL Travel Pte Ltd is licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board as a travel agent (licence no. TA03084), is registered with ACRA under UEN 201530058G, and is GST-registered.

Does VTL Travel organise corporate trips and team building?
Yes – corporate travel is our speciality. We plan company retreats, team building trips and group tours, and take care of transport, accommodation, activities and on-the-ground support so your team can focus on bonding. Talk to our corporate travel team.
Where can we go for a corporate trip from Singapore?
Popular choices are Batam and Bintan in Indonesia, Desaru and Johor Bahru in Malaysia, Bali, and Singapore itself. We also run group trips to Mount Bromo and Ijen, Japan and Phuket. Browse ideas on our Destinations page.
Can you customise an itinerary for our company?
Yes. Every itinerary can be tailored to your group size, dates, budget and goals – from hotels and meals to activities and team building games. Share your requirements and our consultants will prepare a tailored itinerary with a transparent quotation.

Booking & Payment
How do I book a trip with VTL Travel?
Tell us your destination, dates and group size through our contact form, on WhatsApp at (+65) 8295 5180, or by email at hello@vtltravel.com. We will send you a tailored itinerary and quotation, and confirm your booking once you accept it.
When do I need to make payment?
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and the full balance must be paid at least 30 days before your departure date. The exact amounts are shown in your booking statement.
What is not included in the package price?
Unless your itinerary says otherwise, package prices do not include airport and fuel taxes, visa fees, travel insurance, tips for guides and drivers, hotel extras or personal expenses. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations must be sent to us in writing before your departure date, and cancellation charges apply as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Approved refunds are paid within 60 days.
Does VTL Travel welcome solo travellers and small groups?
Yes. We welcome solo travellers, families and small groups as well as large corporate groups. Some group tours have a minimum group size, which we will confirm when you enquire.
Visa, Insurance & Travel Documents
Does VTL Travel provide visa assistance?
Yes. We help with visa applications for destinations such as China and Japan. Learn more about our China visa service.
How long must my passport be valid?
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your departure date, and the name on your booking must match your passport exactly.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not included in our package prices, and we strongly recommend it. You can buy cover through our partner Allianz Travel Insurance.
Will I receive travel documents after booking?
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a digital travel pack with your itinerary, travel guide and emergency contact details.
