We are Expanding!
With country borders mostly opened, we are able to expand travel destinations for our customers. So we are looking for young energetic people to join us in exploring new destinations and help us in our team’s expansion. As we mostly work with our suppliers and operators that are not locals we are looking for people who are open-minded, flexible in thinking and also respectful of other’s cultures. Working with non-locals would also require patience and being understanding as different communities think/work differently.

Admin Assistant

Job scope:
- Arrange operations over hotels, transportations, dining, etc in Surabaya, Bali, Yogyakarta and Batam.
- Work closely with tour guides
- Supervise execution of tour programs
- Daily routing admin and paperwork
- Maintain high standards of correspondance with clients
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma (Fresh graduates too)
- Responsible and be able to work independent
- Good time management and communication skills
- Able to understand and work with associates and partners
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Happy Attitude in Travel Industry

Travel Sales Consultant

Job scope:
- Attend to customers’ travel enquires and request through whatsapps/email etc for www.holidaysfromsingapore, www.tourinindonesia.com, www.tourmountbromo.com
- Liase with our suppliers on the ground for tours and activities in Singapore, Batam, Bintan, Surabaya, Bali etc.
- Provide information on travel visa & insurance
- Be involved with Digital Marketing Campaigns for www.holidaysfromsingapore.com
- Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply or candidates looking to switch industry
- Enjoy working in small teams and flexible working environments
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
